Chasing Sunlight

One of my goals in 2017 is to do one fun shoot every month. I asked my friend Emma to model for me in January, she's always such a pleasure to shoot with and she's so natural in front of the camera!

I originally had a vision of this shoot in my head; the location, the outfit, the time of day, everything. But thanks to the ever-changing Colorado weather, I had to change my plan more than a few times. As someone who's a hardcore planner, changing plans often stress me out and can really bum me out as well. But I'm learning there's so much good that can come from plans changing, if I have the right attitude. Because sometimes, even though it's not what you envisioned, you can end up with something really great.
