Hi! I'm Laurel, a multi-genre writer whose work includes middle grade and young adult high fantasy books, non-fiction articles and devotionals, and fantastical children's books. I'm a member of SCBWI in the Rocky Mountain region. When I'm not writing at a local coffee shop or daydreaming about my next book, you can find me reading with my local book club or going for sunset mountain drives with roommates.

 

I'm passionate about spreading awareness and educating about the chronically ill community, as a member of it myself. Much of my non-fiction writing has centered around life with Dysautonomia, a life-changing umbrella of conditions. It is my joy to bring this diversity into the world of fantasy.

Outside of my writing obsession, I am also a freelance photographer specializing in seniors, families, and couples portraits. Photography has taken me across the country on many adventures.
